Hire out our lovely rooms
We have two lovely meeting/training rooms available for hire – one with a small adjoining kitchen. Each room comfortably accommodates up to 12 people, and can be laid out boardroom style (chairs around tables) or more informally, with chairs in a horseshoe, or in a style of your choice. The rooms are on the first floor, and are partiallyaccessible to people with mobility problems (there is a lift but there are 5 stairs down to our office, making them unsuitable for people using wheelchairs).

We are only able to hire rooms to non-profit organisations (voluntary and community groups or public sector). Our rates reflect our commitment to providing an affordable resource to the voluntary and community sector in Tower Hamlets, and include a reasonable amount of flipchart paper and pens.

We have a range of equipment available for hire including digital projector, laptop, projection screen, overhead projector, TV/video and hearing loop. These items are charged separately. Hourly rate - £15
Half day (4 hrs) - £55
Full day (8 hrs) - £100
