Volunteer Centre Tower Hamlets (VCTH) recruits volunteers for a wide variety of non-profit organisations in Tower Hamlets. We work with Volunteer Co-ordinators, providing them with free information, training and advice on all aspects of volunteering.

Community Health & Wellbeing Champions
We need local volunteers to share important health information and support people in finding the services they need. You will connect people, listen to residents' views, and gather feedback on health programmes to help us understand what works and what doesn’t. You’ll share messages through your everyday contacts and existing networks - like friends, neighbours, clubs, or parent groups - and take part in local events and health fairs. You don’t need any previous experience. We’ll provide accredited training in public health and ongoing support.
Strengthen and diversify your charity’s trustee with the METs Programme
We recruit Tower Hamlets residents from Global Majority communities, train them in the basics of charity governance, and empower them to become great potential trustees. We then introduce these volunteers to local registered charities like yours. METs is completely FREE.
