Rooted Finance - Debt Adviser

£29,500 to £32,500 per year
Rooted Finance (RF) is a registered London-based debt advice and education charity, operating in England. At the heart of RF’s philosophy is the prevention and cure of unmanageable debt. Victim Support – National Volunteer Manager

Up to £34,019 per year - remote, 12 month fixed term contract
This role is home-based (within England and Wales) with some travel, as required. You will lead on the operational delivery of support and guidance to those working with volunteers, and ensure the profile and development of volunteering is in line with the organisation's needs.

As the National Volunteering Manager you will be providing guidance and advice in relation to volunteering across the organisation to support and develop volunteering across Victim Support. Belong - Service Manager

£38,300 per year, remote
Criminal justice charity, Belong, provides hope, rehabilitation and recovery for victims and perpetrators of crime. Amplify is a new service for people with criminal convictions from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds. The programme will work with mainly females (with a small number of males), aged 18-25 (and 17 year olds transitioning from youth services to adult probation), from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds in contact with the Criminal Justice System in the West Midlands.

They are seeking a motivated, empathic and organised manager to join Belong’s specialist team and lead the Amplify pilot. The successful applicant will have a good theoretical knowledge of the causes of offending behaviour, and the benefits of mentoring, creative psychotherapy and family support. With line management responsibility for one part-time creative psychotherapist, and supervising 10-15 volunteer mentors, you will model perseverance, respect, inspiration, restoration and empowerment.
