Working across the Crisis Brent teams you will lead on the delivery of the volunteer programme and member involvement opportunities. You will be responsible for the recruitment of new volunteers, and the support of existing volunteers and volunteer supervisors to maintain a positive volunteer experience.
The post-holder will work across teams to ensure volunteers’ experience of volunteering is positive and will play a key role in volunteer retention. Mind in Camden – Hearing Voices Service Manager

Mind in Camden is looking for a motivated and experienced individual to help sustain and develop the Hearing Voices projects. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of overseeing and developing projects while being part of a team that is able to be creative and innovative in its approach.
As well as having responsibility for the day-to-day management of the projects, including supervising staff and volunteers, you will also be required to undertake direct development work when necessary. Ocean Women’s Association (OWA) - Financial Literacy Project Coordinator

Ocean Women’s Association (OWA) is a small local organisation delivering work to benefit disadvantaged and socially isolated older Bangladeshi in Stepney and around Tower Hamlets.
You will deliver the Smallwood Project for OWA. This is a programme of workshops on cost-of-living topics in Bengali language, delivered to 90 women per year, including budgeting skills, state benefits, saving money on household and energy bills, savvy shopping, job seeking, training, volunteering, debt management, mental health and support available.
They are looking for a Bangladeshi Sylheti female worker, who has experience of working with women’s projects. This includes assigning and monitoring daily tasks, liaising with and communicating with other groups and projects to recruit clients, as well as creating reports and updates for the project manager and other members of management.
