Project Trust is an education charity with over fifty years’ experience in international volunteering for young people. They organise challenging, long-term placements for 17–25-year-olds with partnership organisations in Africa, Asia and the Americas.
They are looking for a talented and versatile Volunteer & Schools Engagement Coordinator to recruit and support volunteers. The successful candidate will be a highly organised individual with the ability to build and maintain relationships with schools and with young people. They are looking for an inspiring public speaker who is able to engage with and motivate young people to support the recruitment, retention and fundraising for volunteers. The role is home-based and will involve travel throughout England, including overnight stays, plus some travel to meetings elsewhere in the UK. Closing date is Wednesday 25 February 2026 at 15:31. XENIA - Delivery Organisers – 2 part-time roles – London and Sheffield
£37,806 per year pro rata (inclusive of London weighting)
These roles lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of Xenia’s workshops and related projects, working closely with other delivery staff and the wider team.
You will focus on leading delivery locally while also being active members of Xenia’s non-hierarchical staff team. Responsibilities and working patterns may be adjusted depending on skills, experience, and discussion at interview. Alongside delivery, they would like to hear about your experience or skills in any of the following areas: strategy, governance, policy, HR, finance, fundraising, operations, or organisational development.
